Sky Accountants started at my kitchen table with one client and a determination to build a great business that gave me more time and choice in life. It grew fast. And like a lot of owners, I became the centre of everything.
80+ hour weeks became normal. Eventually I had to stop and ask a different question: what was I building this for? A great business means little if it leaves no room for a great life.
That changed how I saw business forever. I invested more than $1M into coaches, programs and workshops to find a better way. One of those mentors, Ed Chan, changed everything — and that led to Wize.
Today I work one day a week inside Sky. Not because I stepped away, but because I built it by design.

What matters to me
Keep learning. Keep believing. Keep going.
I grew up on a farm under the wide Wimmera sky. That sense of possibility has stayed with me, along with a simple belief: never give up on your dreams. I have always been curious about what makes a meaningful life, and books and learning are a big part of that journey.
What matters to me is helping people see the potential they may not yet see in themselves. I want to connect with people from all walks of life, bring a team together around a worthwhile purpose and help others grow alongside me.
Sprinting is another expression of that same outlook: discipline, focus and the joy of giving something your full effort. For me, living well means pursuing what matters, keeping your word and helping the people around you move forward too.
